Returns and Refund Policy

At Emiel Journey, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with straightforward return and refund guidelines.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit if applicable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
